Save the file (it will be usually located in your “downloads” folder) and double click on it. It can be executed even without Windows administrator rights.
This window will pop up to begin the remote connection.
We will contact you via telephone and while we are talking to you please give us your 9 digit ID number and your 4 digit password.
Once it has successfully connected our computer to yours we can begin the support while discussing what we are doing over the phone.
